Vancouver, BC, July 23, 2009 ─ Bayswater Uranium Corporation (TSX-V: BAY), (OTC: BYSWF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a quitclaim deed indenture with Running Fox Resource Corp. (TSX-V: RUN) in order to exchange and assign certain mineral claims in connection with its Tejana Mesa area claims in New Mexico. Most of the swapped claims were either adjoining or overlapping each company's respective land holdings.
The companies have also agreed to an information and co-operation exchange of data and information concerning uranium mineralization in the claims area, and right of first refusals on the said claims.
The claim swap expands the Company’s land holdings in areas considered to be of potential for down dip transported roll fronts pursuant to a news release dated June 29, 2009—the Company’s main focus on its Tejana Mesa property.About Bayswater Uranium Corporation - The Super Junior Uranium Company™
