Vancouver, BC, September 18, 2009 ─ Bayswater Uranium Corporation (TSX-V: BAY), (OTC: BYSWF) is pleased to announce the addition of Philip Cavendor as Project Development Manager for the Reno Creek Uranium Project in Wyoming. Mr. Cavendor has recently joined the staff of Bayswater in anticipation of closing the acquisition of the Reno Creek Uranium Project from Strathmore Resources (US) Ltd. and American Uranium Corp. As Project Development Manager—Reno Creek, Mr. Cavendor will direct the Company’s relationship with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) and other regulatory permitting agencies as Bayswater moves the Reno Creek Project toward production by 2015. He will lead the effort to finalize the scope of investigations and procedures necessary to acquire permits to construct and operate the Reno Creek Project. He will also oversee the completion of the environmental and technical baseline studies presently in progress for the project, and direct the preparation and submission of the application for a Radioactive Material License from the NRC and the application for a Mine Permit from the WDEQ, plus all other related permits and approvals. Bayswater intends to submit all required permit and license applications before the end of 2011. Mr. Cavendor is based out of Bayswater‘s US operations office in Golden, Colorado.

Mr. Cavendor has over 32 years of professional experience; with 22 years managing environmental projects; and over 10 years of uranium, coal, oil and gas exploration experience in the northern Rocky Mountains and plains regions. He most recently served as Senior Program Manager with AATA International, an international environmental and engineering consulting company based in Denver and Ft. Collins, CO, who have consulted to numerous uranium exploration and development companies for in-situ recovery (ISR) mine and plant permitting in the western United States—particularly in Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. One of those AATA clients was Bayswater in 2007-2008, in which regard Mr. Cavendor led the Bayswater and AATA joint team with respect to meetings and presentations to regulators and stakeholders to lay the groundwork for permitting the Company’s Alzada ISR project in southeastern Montana.

Mr. Cavendor formerly served as Environmental Manager for Ur-Energy, Inc. (URE) where he supervised and conducted technical and environmental ISR mine permitting activities. He was also URE’s Radiation Safety Officer and successfully obtained a nuclear materials license from the NRC for a Prompt Fission Neutron geophysical logger.

He has also previously managed oil and gas drilling operations and obtained state permits for exploration drilling and site restoration. He was also a former hydrogeologist with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency who managed contaminated RCRA sites and oversaw remediation permits for soil, air, and water; and was responsible for obtaining Federal, state industrial and natural resource permits for environmental investigation and remedial actions that resulted in successful closure of numerous contaminant sites. In addition, he has formerly worked on Wyoming uranium projects as a uranium logging geologist with Century Geophysical Corporation.

Mr. Cavendor is a current Registered Professional Geologist in Wyoming, and has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Master of Science in Hydrogeochemistry from the University of Arkansas.
