Bayswater has a large portfolio of development and exploration properties located in several of the world's key uranium production and exploration regions, including Canada, the United States, and West Africa. Its advanced stage development properties are Alzada (Montana), Elkhorn (Wyoming), Juniper (California), Mountain West (Nevada), Anna Lake (Labrador), and Samit (Mali, West Africa). Together they have a combined historical resource of over 13 million pounds U3O8 (non NI 43-101 compliant) and will be the focus of the company's 2008 exploration program. Bayswater also holds several early-stage exploration properties in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan; the Thelon Basin of Nunavut and Northwest Territories; the Central Mineral Belt region of Labrador; Newfoundland; the southwest United States; and western Africa. The Company plans to bring these projects to the drill stage this year. The Company also has 100% interest in several gold properties in the United States as well as a property in Ireland located in a historical base metals mining district with remaining mineralization.
